1. Acceptance of Platform Terms
Welcome to Clarinet By Gray, owned and operated by Gray Resonance Entertainment Ltd. By accessing our website and engaging with our social casino games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. - RSK has zero monetary value in the real world.
- RSK cannot be purchased with real money, traded, sold, or exchanged for real-world goods, services, or cash prizes.
- RSK is granted daily for free, and additionally awarded through gameplay achievements such as the Harmonic Combo.
- Any simulated winnings shown during gameplay merely increase your virtual RSK balance for further amusement on the platform.
4. Account Creation and Termination Conditions
Users may register for a single account to track their progress, rank, and RSK balance. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Gray Resonance Entertainment Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service and your virtual RSK balance will immediately cease.
5. Intellectual Property Rights Concerning Site Assets
The symphonic aesthetic of the Silverwood Conservatory, including all graphics, logos, slot symbols (e.g., the Silver Clarinet, Golden Reed), wheel designs, text, and software, are the exclusive property of Gray Resonance Entertainment Ltd or its licensors. These materials are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
6. Limitation of Liability Clauses
In no event shall Gray Resonance Entertainment Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform. The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
7. User Conduct and Ban Policy
We expect all users to interact with our platform respectfully. Any attempt to hack, disrupt, exploit bugs in the RNG logic, or use automated scripts to accumulate Resonance Keys is strictly forbidden. Engaging in such behavior will result in an immediate, permanent ban and forfeiture of all virtual progress.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Clarinet By Gray platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
